Terms of Use

These terms cover MineX 3D and any other app published under the B1 Games label by Biosystems One Inc.

Your licence

Apps downloaded from the App Store are licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement. That agreement governs your use of the app. These terms add to it; where the two conflict, Apple's agreement wins.

What you may not do

• Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the app, except where that right cannot be excluded by law
• Redistribute, resell or sublicense the app
• Interfere with leaderboards, purchases or other players' use of the app

Purchases and virtual items

Hearts and unlocks are a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use a feature inside the app. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not your property. Consumed hearts are not recoverable.

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com, not by us.

If an app is withdrawn from sale or a service it depends on is discontinued, previously purchased unlocks continue to work in the version installed on your device. We cannot guarantee indefinite availability of any online feature.

Advertising

Apps may display advertising supplied by third parties. We do not control the content of those ads. Removing ads through an in-app purchase stops them permanently.

Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue features. We will not remove a feature you have paid for from a version already installed on your device.

Disclaimer and liability

The apps are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with an app is limited to the amount you paid for it and for purchases within it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Biosystems One Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law rules. Nothing here removes consumer rights you have under the law where you live.
