Purchases

I bought something and did not get it.

Open the shop in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account you bought with. Tokens that have already been spent cannot be restored. If a purchase still does not appear, email us with the product name and the date of purchase. Please do not send payment details.

Refunds

All purchases go through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Rankings and online play

My score did not appear on the leaderboard.

Leaderboards and online play use Apple Game Center. Check that you are signed in to Game Center on your iPhone, then reopen the leaderboard.
